Tampopo at the newly renovated Liang Court is a good Japanese casual dining place. They have kaisen don there, which is just sashimi on rice. But the fish get flown in straight from Japan, so you get a more varied selection of sashimi. Brings back memories of Tsukiji Fish market in Tokyo. Will definitely go back again to try the rest of the menu.
